Inside the market Grand Bazaar is one of the pillars on how the business “market” concept evolves through time. This is one of the biggest and oldest covered market in the world dated from the 14th century. Consisted of over 4,000 shops that makes sense that 1 days is not enough to visit this place. It was during the times of great Ottoman Empire that the 31st Sultan ordered to build this luxurious place in the year 1843. When you say palace it is truly a grandeur everywhere from gates and to the walls it welcomes you like a royal too. The magical interior of these two mosques… Istanbul’s rich histories is well preserved to date back ancient times and up until present. It was our first time to see Istanbul and it’s surprisingly amazing. Our stay there was definitely not enough so we would like to see more of Turkey and what it has to offer. First Birthday Portraits A few days before his first birthday we did this quick photoshoot, as usual, we used to take photos on Lukas. Early morning before his breakfast I set up the props needed in the background the letter board was the challenging one had to prepare it 1 day prior to the photoshoot. I was one month pregnant to Lukas when I did this engagement photoshoot. This couple is awesome, very accommodating and they came prepared. I was recommended to them through a common friend then we planned where to do the photoshoot. They had a photographer already which is their friend and I did some second shots. I provided the wardrobe and accessories and did as well her hair and makeup. It was a whole day fun activity, met new friends and had a fantastic exercise in my skills in photography and makeup.
